  We stood at the Orchard just for two nights. We stood here with our 5 year old and the baby and planned to relax during our travels through New Zealand. So we just left for some Ice cream and spent the whole day on the Orchard. And it was so worth it. We had a delicious breakfast, always fresh flowers on the table, sunrise yoga, a private tour with Timo who showed us everything on the farm, shared his future plans with us and answered all the questions a 5 year old has - many, many questions. We tasted the fruits and visited the animals, strolled over the farmland to enjoy an amazing sunset from the little bench up the hill. Our son went up to that bench on his own several times, just to "enjoy the view", like he said. This place is a little peace of heaven and you can see Timo's and Olivia's love for what they do and offer to their guests in every single detail. If we will return to the South Island one day, we know, where to go. Highly recommended.
